Proton Penguin Issue #3: Escape from Kandy Korn Kastle
Proton Penguin Issue #3 is famous for being the "lost" issue. It's also notable for being the first appearance of Proton Penguin's Utility Cape Clasp. This item was an interesting addition to the series even though it was an obvious homage (i.e. rip-off) to Batman's utility belt.
